Under the General Data Protection Regulation introduced in 2018, we require consent for any personal information to be displayed on this website.
We publicise all regular bookings on the What's On page. The page is designed to promote a class or meeting and we provide contact information (name and phone number), for anyone wishing to contact the event organiser.
Anyone making a regular booking will be required to complete a consent form at the time of booking if they want contact details published alongside their event. If we do not receive a completed consent form, regular bookings will be published with the contact details left blank.
Please inform the booking clerk at the time of booking if you do not want your event to be publicised at all. We are happy to record the booking as a Private Listing.
If you change your mind at any point after you have consented to publication, we can delete your contact details upon request to the Booking Clerk via the link on the Contact page. Your contact details will be removed from our website within 10 working days of receipt of your request.
